【Resolved】Temporary Suspension for DHL Shipping to the U.S.
As a result of recent U.S. Customs regulatory updates, from 21st of April, DHL will temporarily suspend the collection and shipping of business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments to private individuals in the United States where the declared customs value exceeds USD800.
Therefore, from 18th of April, Webike Global will temporarily suspend all new orders with DHL shipping services to the U.S, both retail store and wholesale.
The date of service resumption has not yet been determined, and we are waiting for DHL's further notice.
・For orders under USD800 that have been processing with DHL delivery, or wholesale orders to the U.S will be shipped as usual.
・For orders over USD800 that have been processing with DHL delivery, we will contact each customer individually.
