■Aluminum die-cast clutch cover (Barrel polished finish) Patented construction; Thermostat mounting and oil line construction. The clutch cover is made of die-cast aluminum, and the surface of the clutch cover is buffing and clear coated. Oil can be taken out directly from the cover body to the oil cooler. ■5 Disc Reinforced Clutch (Slipper Clutch Specification) The slipper clutch slips when a sudden engine brake (back torque) is applied, and controls the effectiveness of the engine brake. This reduces the sudden posture change caused by engine braking, the hopping of the rear tires, and the load on the engine. Of course, the clutch will not slip even with a high power engine because it operates the same as the conventional special clutch during normal driving. The number of clutch dampers has been changed from 4 to 6 to increase the damper capacity. The oil pump reduction ratio was changed from 2.187 to 1.833 to increase the oil discharge rate per engine revolution. The primary reduction ratio has been changed from 4.437 to 3.833, the gearing has been increased by about 16%, and the selection of drivetrain sprockets has been widened. Clutch springs are 10% stronger than Ape100. Cast iron is cast into the friction disc contact surface of the clutch center and pressure plate for improved durability.
