I absolutely love this radiator shroud! It's so much larger than other brands, and the carbon weave is spectacular. I managed to fit it relatively simply, though you do need to drill one nut in (but it's easy).

Magical Racing rad shroud - FZ1S
A very nice custom part for the FZ1 to give a bit more bulk to the front end. I bought these to compiment my Yoshi TRC carbonNot 5 star however for three reasons The forward bolt holes do not line up with the holes required for full OEM fairings, meaning more holes had to be drilled. A small oversight in designThe right hand shroud in my set was not moulded accurately - Even with the supplied spacers, it contacted the rad cap and chip the resinFinally the right hand piece again had inaccurate mould for mounting holes, leaving the most forward part around 1 inch from where it should have been. I had to dremel the holes carefully to be able to 'tilt' it back into placeOtherwise, look great. Great service by WeBike Japan

This is the most satisfying of all Magical's parts.
Unlike the OEM, the Shroud shape has a large area, so the impact is outstanding.
The shape is in line with the Cowl, and I felt that the custom and OEM feel were perfectly matched.
It is installation after removing NORMAL, but it is necessary to make a hole in Cowl, and because installation is fastened at the back of Upper Cowl, workability is a little bad, but because the hole itself is an inconspicuous position, it is thought that it is not conspicuous even if it puts it back.
Also, the OEM mounting bolt is a Locktite harpoon, so if you are going to reuse it, clean it, and if possible, put a tap up on the female screw side as well, it is easy to lick (I did).
Personally, Dress-up effect is comparable to Exhaust System and Wheel replacement.

Radiator shroud Although there is no telling whether to be that there is an effect to carry out, an effect is GU~ custom! A drilling process is required for an upper cowl bottom.
