Engine When starting the throttle body OEM position (0 position) It is necessary to adjust to. If you do not go back and do not return, start with Gap, it will be difficult to engage or Idling will be bad.
Although there may be individual differences, since OEM was pushing 2 mm Throttle body,
I made a hole just 2 mm and passed the needle gold, and when I returned Dial, it was designed to not return from the OEM position.
Very easy to adjust the idle !!I use TMR-MJN 32 for CB400SF VTEC 3, with this product, I can quickly adjust the carburetor.***十分方便調整怠速!! 我使用在TMR-MJN 32在CB400SF VTEC 3 , 有了這個產品 , 我可以快速調整化油器.View Detail
It can be properly secured by co-tightening with the Float chamber. The moderation of the operation is also fine. I see that YOSHIMURA has made an announcement that if you want to use it for Big body's Φ36 or more, you need to add Washer in order to Pre-road to Spring. Also, the bolt must be changed to a 1 pc longer bolt when tightening with a float chamber. He said that using YOSHIMURA part number 779-000-0096 (which is the concluding Bolt of the Top cover) is just right.View Detail
[How is it used? Kawasaki Z400 (22 years old) Used for Idling Adjuster applications in Used for about one month after installation. We decided to use it after reading the impressions of those who use it on their Ninja 400. Z400 is used for touring and sometimes for mountain passes.
Was the one you received as per Image? As shown in the image. As expected of YOSHIMURA, there were no defects.
Was the installation difficult? For installation, as shown in the photo, the OEM screws were removed and the adjuster screws were installed together with the springs that came with the screws. The adjuster knob is attached by removing the Engine Cover Mounting Bolt and using a long bolt to tighten it together. The bracket of the Knob section has a mounting screw diameter of M5, so it was forcibly pulled by Vise pliers to the M6 diameter of the Engine Cover Mounting Bolt to expand the bracket.
How was your experience with it? Although it is physically forced to increase the Idling RPM, it does not spit out any particular error and can be used comfortably without any Hunting of Idling RPM. I was particularly displeased with the sensation of jitteriness at the beginning of Throttle opening, so I adopted this product to cover it by increasing the Idling RPM, and it has definitely fulfilled that purpose. When the idling speed is set to just before 2000 rpm, the jerkiness disappears and cornering becomes somewhat easier.
[Included Parts:were they on? Spring
[Was there anything that disappointed you? None
Point and hang of installation When replacing the engine cover bolt and using a long bolt, be sure to use a steel bolt instead of a stainless bolt. Using Stainless Steel Bolt in areas subjected to heat is strictly prohibited as it tends to burn. Anti-seize agent even when using iron bolt (SuRecon, CopperCompound, Anti-seedsetc.) The use of the following is preferredView Detail
I installed it for my NINJA400 IdolUp. It works well with no problems. In last week's figure 8 practice, I found that I have a dour tendency to use Accelerator operation on the rise from low rpm. So I made it possible to increase the idling speed by using this Adjust Screw. The results were good, not perfect, but we were able to improve the handling from low rpm.View Detail
APE100 에 YOSHIMURA TM-MJN26 세팅을 위해서 구매했습니다 에어스크류 같은경우는 필수 입니다 Carburettor 뒤편에 있기때문에 조절하기가 쉽지 않지만 이 제품을 설치해주면 정말 쉽게 세팅이 가능합니다 추천합니다!!----------------------------------------------------------I bought it for Yoshimura TM-MJN26 on the APE100, but it's not easy to adjust because it is behind the carburettor.Powered by Google TranslatorView Detail
When it comes to looks and bling, this product has it all. It is perfectly machined and makes the Yoshi carburetor looks totally outstanding. Very high quality product and makes adjustments to the pilot circuit easy without having to use a flathead screwdriver. Although some make find that the idle adjustment are difficult to reach without a tool and having to squeeze their hand into a tight area. Honestly, it all varies on the different bike models and their design as some may find it easier to reach and others are a little more difficult. In my opinion when it comes to setting up carburetors, the pilot screw would be adjusted more than the idle screw and having this is a plus. View Detail

?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
