How to measure the size of your head
First, measure the circumference of your head with a measuring tape.
Measure from the highest point of your forehead, just above your eyebrows, horizontally backwards to the highest point of the back of your head and around.
Based on the measurement, choose the size from the table below.
However, unlike hats, helmets cannot be sized by head circumference alone.
Also, helmets of the same manufacturer may feel different even if they are the same size depending on the model.

being slow-walking but having slow reflexes
This is the second same Helmet (different color).
Since I am a MONKEY rider, I am strangely obsessed with this Helmet.
I don't do Speed, and ChocolateChocolate stops to drink Juice and take pictures, so the need for Full face is low. In the winter, I use Full face for protection from the cold. ・・・・
Shield is the only one. [Color] I changed to Smoke. I don't ride after evening.
